Job Site Reports Related to Deep FDP, Big Diameter CSP and Ring Vibrator Executed at the Limits by the Same LWN Drill Rig

The present memory is intended to illustrate the main peculiar foundation technologies executed to the mechanical limits of the same drill rig. Full Displacement Pile in standard and lost bit version technique will be shortly described and an interesting experience application will be shown with single pass drilling procedure at 32 m depth for 420 mm diameter having a high industrial productivity. Also CSP will be described with some details related to the Front of Wall mode and technical hints related to the torque converter vs. double rotary technique; synthesis production data of a job site will be commented, where secant piles, 22 m depth with 920 mm diameter, in quite hard geological conditions and urban logistic difficulties have been successfully performed. The article will be concluded with a short description of a special technology named Ring Vibrator which represents a unique and interesting system able to install construction elements, naturally in function of the geologic conditions, at an almost "infinite" depth.
