Analysis of Changes in the State of the Capacity of Soils Consolidated by injections in the light of numerical studies
W. Domski; Consulting and Research Service 'Geocomp', Cracow, Poland

In this study are presented basic assumptions for the principles of analysis of changes in the state and load capacity of incoherent soils consolidated by injections. Considerations of some ways of approaching the problem of injection consolidations of grounds resulted in a necessity of formulating some foredesign. A deeper insight into the problem made us search for optimum solutions from technological and economic points of view. An attempt was made to work out on electronic digital computer a universal program of numerical system of solving the problem of injection consolidation of soils, which would consider minimization of material input and cost. This paper will include most essential elements of the conducted studies and solutions as well as a trial to compare our calculation effects with actual results of the injection reinforced ground.
