OVERVIEW

#GROUT2022 is organized by Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) and International Conference Organization for Grouting (ICOG) with support from Geo-Institute’s Grouting Committee present the 6th International Conference on Grouting and Deep Mixing.  Be updated on the latest grouting practices, network with industry professionals, view the latest technology and services in the Exhibit Hall … all while enjoying the excitement and diversity of the Big Easy! This legacy event celebrates 40 years of grouting technology and practices, covering all types of grouting for foundation projects. Keynote lectures, technical paper presentations, and panel discussions will present and debate advances in methods, materials, instrumentation, and control; highlighting their use and understanding for a variety of applications.

Topics cover anchors and piles; cement-based grouts; chemical and other grouts; dam foundation grouting, grout curtains, and cutoffs; deep mixing methods, applications, and performance testing; grouting for seepage control; highways and transportation; jet grouting; karst grouting; levees and flood walls; low mobility grouting; mine applications; permeation grouting; performance testing; structural support; and tunneling. #Grouty

G.R.E.A.T.S

“G.R.E.A.T.S” are Grouters dedicated to Research, Education, Advancement of Technology and Service, an honor reserved for those individuals whose lifetime achievements resulted in outstanding advancement of grouting technology. The 2022 Conference will honor outstanding grouters from Australia, England, Germany, Japan, and Switzerland. The program will include a short multimedia presentation of the honorees’ life, career, and contribution to the industry.

The discounted lodging rate for this conference is $254.00++ per night plus tax. Space and rate are subject to availability with a cut-off date of Friday January 20, 2022.

The New Orleans Marriott requires all reservations be guaranteed with a major credit card. The special rate will also be honored three days before the conference and three days after, based on availability.

Room Cancellations:

Need to cancel a reservation? Please contact Lorraine Engelman directly. She will assist you with your cancelation and ensure your accommodations are offered to another DFI conference attendee. All reservation cancellations must occur at least 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax penalty charge.
To avoid an early check-out fee, you must advise the hotel on or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

DFI Women in Deep Foundations Women in Grouting Networking Reception

Sunday, February 13, 2022 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

At the conference on Sunday, February 13 at 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., DFI’s Women in Deep Foundations (WiDF) Committee will celebrate Women in Grouting at a networking reception. Come mingle and network with us as we celebrate the achievements of women in grouting! Lite fare and beverage will be served.  All are welcome, but space is limited. The event fee is $50.00.

Prior to the reception, we ask that you submit photos of grouting women in your company for recognition by clicking here. For more information, please download the flyer and share with your colleagues.

DFI’s WiDF Committee comprises women and men who actively seek to enhance professional opportunities for women in the deep foundations industry. The committee’s goal is to foster greater success and interest of professional women by promoting networking events, endorsing outreach and building mentoring relationships.
