The DFI Middle East Conference is the region's leading technical conference in the field of foundation engineering. The fifth edition of the conference provided an opportunity for the region’s geotechnical engineering practitioners, academics, and suppliers to exchange information and present the latest developments in the field of foundation design and construction.

The Metro NYC section of DFI's Women in Deep Foundations (WiDF) Committee presented a series of webinars to support and connect industry participants during this challenging COVID-19 time. The webinar series included guest presenters discussing thought-provoking issues related to moving past the crisis to accepting opportunities it could provide for a better tomorrow. Each 1-hour webinar launched with a brief uplifting arts feature, including a musical or story contribution.
2020 Conference on Deep Foundation Technologies for Infrastructure Development was presented in a virtual format. This event was organized by Deep Foundations Institute of India (DFI of India) in collaboration with Indian Geotechnical Society - Chennai Chapter.
DFI India launched one of its new webinar series on steel retaining structures and foundations. We brought together industry leaders worldwide to present educational sessions on the latest solutions, technologies and applications of steel pile foundations. Topics included types of steel piles, design, installation, case studies, innovations, and much more. This technical webinar series was completely free for all the delegates.
