The group will be undertaking a launch project, DIGGS for Geophysics, that will contribute to the ASCE\/DIGGS XML schema by incorporating geophysical data. The ambitious goal of the project is to develop a fully functional geophysical module in DIGGS in about one year.<\/p><p>Anyone interested in geophysics is welcome to join. Regular monthly virtual meetings are held using MS Teams on the second Tuesday of each month at 3 pm EST. The technology is used widely in the US for monitoring foundation installation, but much less frequently for subsurface exploration purposes. The users group will take on projects such as completing an MWD implementation guide and working on a US standard for the technology, as well as generally educating and sharing information about the technology among members.<\/p><p>Anyone interested in MWD is welcome to join.
