He manages technical aspects of design-build procurement, integration, and coordinates BIM trades\u00a0for the company. He teaches design of foundation and risk management classes at Hofstra University and is actively involved in the education efforts of industry organizations to promote contracts, ethics, and risk management knowledge. During his 19 years of employment with Underpinning &amp; Foundation he gained a solid experience with risk management, engineering work and technical development related to deep foundation projects. He spearheaded and was the first president of the PDCA Contracts and Risk Committee and serves as a member on the Geo-Industry Risk Working Group. He has a MS in mechanical engineering from Politehnica University of Bucharest and an Executive MBA from Hofstra University.
