Nichols, P.E., Federal Highway Administration, titled \u201cA Strategic Plan for Transportation Resilience.\u201d The day ends with a panel discussion, \u201cPositive Strategies for Emergency Communication.\u201d<\/p><p>The event also includes the annual software discussion; an exhibit hall of material, equipment and service providers; and the popular Women in Deep Foundations (WiDF) Committee networking reception.<\/p><p>The conference is spearheaded by Sue Frank of TEI Rock Drills, conference chair, with the support of technical program co-chairs, Chris Ramsey, P.E., of Aterra
