Codes and Standards
The codes and Standards committee monitors codes and standards that affect the deep foundations industry. The committee is also committed to proposing and defending code changes that improve deep foundations practice, in alliance with other geotechnical societies and structural engineering groups.

Dan Stevenson, P.E.
Berkel & Company Contractors
Dan is the Chief Structural Engineering for Berkel & Company Contractors. He joined Berkel after working for nearly 20 years in the consulting business designing all types of structures, including industrial facilities, office buildings, schools, hospitals, etc. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science Degree from Johns Hopkins University. Dan has been a registered engineer since 1993 and has extensive experience designing cast-in- place pile foundation systems for commercial, industrial, government, and transportation projects.
