DFI Middle East

DFI has an international membership and a global focus. If you work in the deep foundations industry in the Middle East, you have the added benefit of a local DFI presence with the independent association. DFI Middle East formed in 2010 following a successful Piling Summit in Dubai, UAE, organized by IQPC and programmed by DFI and the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority (DTMFZA). Since then, we have organized a dozen conferences and workshop, and participated in industry events throughout the region.

DFI Middle East Regional Report

DFI’s Middle East Regional Chapter is going to be busy in the second half of 2022 as we look to provide value to industry colleagues in the Middle East and North African countries. We are finalizing our online monthly webinar offering, Tea Time Technical Talks; developing a call for abstracts that will be released shortly for the workshop to be held at The Big 5 International Building & Construction Show; and working on a DFI Middle East website that will provide many resources for local members and geoprofessionals.

Tea Time Technical Talks

DFI’s Middle East Chapter is pleased to bring quality presentations on timely technical topics to geoprofessionals in the Middle Eastern and Northern African regions. Best part? They are online so you can log in from anywhere in the world and participate!

The Tea Time Technical Talks occur on the first Tuesday of every other month from January through November 2023 from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. UAE ST.

Each Talk includes a technical presentation by an industry expert followed by a question and answer session.
