Helical Pile Technology Implementation (India)

The DFI of India (DFII) Helical Pile Technology Implementation Committee was formed in 2023 with the goal to bring awareness of opportunities for helical pile use to contractors, consultants, manufacturers and suppliers in India.

The committee intends to execute trial projects of helical pile installation and testing in different parts of India, and to author a manual about the design, installation and testing of helical piles. The committee will also focus on disseminating knowledge to Indian geotechnical professionals through seminars and workshops.

The committee is working closely with the DFI Helical Piles and Tiebacks Committee in the U.S.
